With our Kids classes we want to help build confident and successful students. Through our kids Martial Arts program, students will learn how to set and achieve goals, how to stand up to bullies and how to persevere through any challenge. We're proud to offer comprehensive training that is great for all ages.  We want to bring your whole family together to experience it! Our Family Martial Arts classes are the perfect way to surround your child with positive role models.  Our students will learn the fundamentals of self-defense, character development and incredible confidence.

Monday - Thursday

6pm & 7PM

Ever since we opened our doors, we've worked hard to produce high performance athletes. Over the years, we've trained students just like you to become quality athletes.  Our Elite Competition Team go on to compete at State and National Championships and we are eager to teach new members every day.  We want you to become the best, what do you have to lose?

Intermediate to experienced students class is for those one step above beginner level, recommended ages 9 & up.  Kids are welcome in this class if accompanied by their parent.  During our intermediate class you will be able to take the fundamentals of Taekwondo to the next level.  Are you ready?
